five what??


I've been lying all along.

I just joined a fitness club this wednesday and discovered to my dismay that I am NOT 5'7, but in fact am only a measly 5'5. I feel like a short person.

My mother, cousin, sister and I were shopping in Kerrisdale yesterday and walked past a Petites store...sign in the window read: "Our aim is to provide style and superior service to the women under 5'4.

I'm only an inch to petite.

It feels weird to have all of a sudden lose two inches. ...Come to think of it really though, I guess I've never measured myself. It was more or less among friends, "Oh..you're 5'4? I guess I'm 5'7 then."

Anyways. I need to lose about 6-7 pounds, lose 7% body fat and work on my strength. I'm a frikkin' weakling.

Today's Physical Activity:

Up for a morning swim at 7 o' clock. It felt weird to be getting out of the shower at eleven on my day off.

Last workout: Yesterday. My arms feel good.
